This page could be improved somehow. Many anti-Mormons are now taking the position that the theophanies in the OT are visions of the pre-mortal Christ. This view is taken because of 1 Tim 6:15-17 which claims that 1. no man has seen God the Father and 2. that no man can see God the Father.
